Products Liability Associate Attorney

Beacon Hill is partnering with a well‑established full‑service Pennsylvania law firm to add multiple mid‑level associate attorneys to its products liability practice in Pittsburgh. The role is focused on litigation work, and while products liability experience is a plus, it is not required. Candidates must be admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and have solid courtroom experience.

Requirements

• Admission to practice law in Pennsylvania (absolute must)
• 4+ years of attorney experience
• Solid litigation fundamentals, including participation in depositions, oral arguments, and other courtroom activity
• Strong knowledge of county, state, and federal court rules and procedures
• Products liability experience is a plus but not required
• Mid‑level associate level (not a first‑year associate or partner‑level candidate)
