Responsibilities
- Providing proficient legal counsel and representation in matters related to Real Property and Creditor Rights.
- Managing cases involving creditor rights, mortgage, loan servicer, lender, eviction, and collections.
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide range of legal documents related to real estate transactions and creditor rights.
- Representing clients in court proceedings, mediations, and settlement negotiations.
- Collaborating with our legal team to develop and implement effective legal strategies.
- Conducting thorough legal research to provide accurate and timely advice to clients.
- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of laws, regulations, and industry trends related to Real Property and Creditor Rights.
Qualifications
- Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school.
- At least 5+ years of experience in the legal industry, specifically in Real Property and Creditor Rights.
- Proven experience in creditor rights, mortgage, loan servicer, lender, eviction, and collections.
- Exceptional negotiation skills and the ability to interpret and analyze complex legal documents.
- Strong litigation skills, with a proven track record of success in court proceedings.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Must be licensed to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction.
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
