About the role
We are seeking an Associate Attorney with at least 2 years of residential real estate experience to join our Charlotte office.
Responsibilities
- Conduct residential real estate closings on a daily basis
- Communicate professionally with clients, brokers, lenders, and title companies
- Address and resolve title curative matters
- Handle a high volume of transactions
Requirements
- Qualifications:
- Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school.
- Admission to the North Carolina bar. South Carolina admission is a bonus.
- 2+ years of experience in residential real estate law.
- Title review experience is preferred.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Proficiency in legal research and ability to interpret laws, regulations, and court decisions.
