About the Opportunity

A growing and dynamic law practice is seeking a motivated Entry-Level Associate Attorney to join its team. This is a unique opportunity to work directly with the firm's Founder and Managing Attorney, a hands-on leader deeply committed to mentorship, professional development, and long-term career growth. This role is ideal for recent law school graduates or early-career attorneys who are eager to build practical skills, gain meaningful courtroom and client exposure, and develop under strong leadership.

What You'll Do

• Work closely with the Founder/Managing Attorney on active cases and strategic initiatives
• Conduct legal research, draft motions, pleadings, and correspondence
• Assist with case management from intake through resolution
• Participate in client meetings, negotiations, and court appearances (as applicable)
• Contribute to a collaborative and growth-oriented team environment

What We're Looking For

• J.D. from an accredited law school (recent graduates encouraged to apply)
• Admission to the state bar (or pending admission)
• Strong research, writing, and analytical skills
• High level of professionalism, initiative, and attention to detail
• Eagerness to learn and grow within a mentorship-driven environment
