About the role

The Real Estate Associate will handle a diverse range of matters, including acquisitions, dispositions, financings, development projects, and investment structures. They will work directly with lenders, developers, investors, servicers, financial institutions, asset managers, and ownership groups.

Requirements

• Strong experience in commercial real estate transactions or financings.
• JD in law from a respected law school.
• Excellent writing skills and academic credentials.
• The ability to manage client matters independently while contributing meaningfully to a collaborative, on-site team.
• Admission to the Florida Bar, or a genuine interest in relocating to Tampa to build a long-term practice.
• Prior non-legal business experience in the commercial real estate sector (a plus).
