Job Details

  • Represent clients in court proceedings, mediations, and administrative hearings related to foreclosure and eviction cases.
  • Provide legal advice and guidance to clients on matters related to creditor rights, mortgage, and loan servicer.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents, contracts, and agreements to ensure the protection of clients' interests.
  • Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support case preparation and strategy development.
  • Collaborate with other attorneys in the firm to develop strategies and coordinate complex litigation matters.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of laws, regulations, and industry trends affecting creditor rights and related areas.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Manage a high-volume caseload efficiently and effectively, meeting all deadlines and ensuring the highest quality of work.

Qualifications

  • Juris Doctor Degree from an accredited law school.
  • Licensed to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction.
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience as an attorney specializing in creditor rights, with a focus on foreclosure, eviction, mortgage, and loan servicer.
  • Strong litigation skills, including experience in court proceedings, mediations, and administrative hearings.
  • Excellent legal research and writing skills, with the ability to draft and review complex legal documents.
  • Proficient in legal research tools and software.
  • Exceptional negotiation skills, with the ability to represent clients' interests effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and team members.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage a high-volume caseload and meet deadlines.
  • High ethical standards and professional integrity.
