Requirements

- JD required - Must have prior experience working in a law firm - 3–4 years of commercial real estate transactional experience - Experience with acquisitions, dispositions, financings, and joint venture transactions - Strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills - Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail - Strong academic credentials and legal writing ability - Admission to the California Bar required
