Associate Attorney - Medical Malpractice Defense

We are seeking an Associate Attorney with 2.5–5 years of experience defending medical malpractice claims to join our growing Florida defense practice.

• Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per year

• This is a primarily onsite role; while some hybrid flexibility may be considered after 90 days, it is not guaranteed and will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

We are seeking an Associate Attorney with 2.5–9 years of medical malpractice defense experience. Florida Bar admission is required. Strong skills in depositions, case strategy, and trial preparation are essential. Exceptional writing, research, and communication skills, with close attention to detail, are also necessary. The successful candidate must be able to manage cases independently while working collaboratively in a team environment.
