Associate Attorney- Labor & Employment
About the role
Hall Booth Smith, P.C. (HBS) is seeking an Associate Attorney to join our growing Labor & Employment Practice Group in our Denver, Colorado office. This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a collaborative and expanding team, work alongside experienced litigators, and gain meaningful hands-on experience. The selected candidate will play an active role in all phases of litigation, contribute to case strategy and development, and build strong relationships with clients while helping grow the firm's practice.
Qualifications
- Minimum of two (2) years of Labor & Employment or relevant litigation experience.
- Active member in good standing with the Colorado Bar.
- Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Compensation & Benefits
Salary starting at $135,000, commensurate with experience.
