Associate Attorney (Commercial)

Responsibilities

• Work across industries on a variety of commercial disputes.
• Engage in drafting motions and pleadings, and conduct legal research to shape case strategy.
• Prepare documents for commercial transactions and entity formations.
• Interact directly with clients, translating complex legal analysis into clear, actionable advice.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys on litigation strategy and business development.

Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school.
• Active Florida Bar license in good standing (required).
• 2+ years of experience in commercial litigation or similar areas.
• Strong legal writing, research, and analytical skills.
• The ability to juggle multiple matters without losing attention to detail.
• A collaborative mindset and real enthusiasm for commercial litigation, transactions, and corporate advisory work.
• Prior experience in commercial litigation or transactional work is a plus, not a prerequisite.
• Familiarity with legal tech tools for case management or document drafting is a bonus.
