Responsibilities

• Handle insurance defense of architects and engineers.
• Manage construction and real estate litigation.
• Argue motions in state and federal courts.
• Take and defend depositions.
• Draft pleadings, dispositive and discovery motions, and appellate briefs.

Qualifications

• Bar Admissions: New Jersey required (bonus points for Pennsylvania or New York).
• 3+ years of litigation experience.
• Deposition and trial experience.
