Responsibilities
- Possessors through research and outbound outreach
- Assist in underwriting and financial analysis of multifamily assets
- Support preparation of BOVs, OMs, and marketing materials
- Research ownership records, market comps, and development trends
- Maintain CRM systems and pipeline tracking
- Aid in transaction coordination and buyer communications
- Participate in internal pipeline and strategy calls
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Texas Real Estate Sales License (or willingness to obtain quickly)
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Comfortable in Excel and financial modeling
- Competitive, coachable, and self-motivated
- Prior multifamily exposure is a plus but not required.

- Comfortable initiating conversations and handling rejection
- Thrives in a performance-driven, entrepreneurial environment
- Wants mentorship but understands compensation is production-based
Preferred Skills
- Recent graduates in finance, business, economics, or real estate are encouraged to apply.
- Candidates with 1–2 years of brokerage, lending, appraisal, or investment experience are also welcome.
