Responsibilities

  • Possessors through research and outbound outreach
  • Assist in underwriting and financial analysis of multifamily assets
  • Support preparation of BOVs, OMs, and marketing materials
  • Research ownership records, market comps, and development trends
  • Maintain CRM systems and pipeline tracking
  • Aid in transaction coordination and buyer communications
  • Participate in internal pipeline and strategy calls

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Texas Real Estate Sales License (or willingness to obtain quickly)
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
  • Comfortable in Excel and financial modeling
  • Competitive, coachable, and self-motivated
  • Prior multifamily exposure is a plus but not required.

Required Skills

  • Strong analytical ability and financial curiosity
  • Comfortable initiating conversations and handling rejection
  • Thrives in a performance-driven, entrepreneurial environment
  • Wants mentorship but understands compensation is production-based

Preferred Skills

  • Recent graduates in finance, business, economics, or real estate are encouraged to apply.
  • Candidates with 1–2 years of brokerage, lending, appraisal, or investment experience are also welcome.
