What you’ll bring
- Highly motivated with a strong work ethic, competitive mindset, and desire to build a long-term career in commercial real estate.
- 1+ years of relevant sales experience (both via phone and in-person canvassing), quality internship experience is considered.
- Licensed Real Estate practitioner with the State of North Carolina (or in process of obtaining).
- Excellent interpersonal, quantitative, analytical, writing, and communication skills.
- Well organized with excellent time management skills.
- Desire to advance in the commercial real estate industry.
- Prior experience using CRM programs.
- Spreadsheet applications experience (Microsoft Excel).

Pay
Pursuant to local law, Colliers is disclosing the following information: Area/Location Specific Charlotte, NC 100% commission based. Our compensation ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on this job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all national locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
