Responsibilities
- Provide end-to-end support for Account Managers and Seniors throughout all campaign phases, including pre-launch setup, live monitoring, and post-campaign analysis.
- Engage in structured shadowing of Client Services team members to gain hands-on experience and accelerate transition into a full Account Manager role.
- Conduct rigorous QA audits on active campaigns to ensure all deliverables strictly adhere to contracted agreements and technical specifications.
- Absorb and assist on small client campaigns to build communication skills externally.
- Interface with various internal departments to master organizational workflows and understand how different teams contribute to client success.
- Help execute daily management tasks with a focus on high-quality output to maintain Cadent's reputation for superior service.
- Learn how to operate within our DSP, Salesforce and JIRA, as well as additional programs we utilize for client success.
Qualifications
- Degrees in marketing or communication with relevant internship experience a plus.
- Self-motivated, and curious.
- Working knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong listening, written, and verbal skills.
- Ability to adapt, evolve, and grow with the business.

Pay
The salary range for this role is USD $30.00 - USD $40.00 /Hr.
