About the role

Kyndryl Consult is a fast-growing business within the organization, playing a crucial role in achieving our strategic growth objectives. You will lead multi-disciplinary teams through complex consulting engagements, focusing on creating and positioning strategic change agendas within our largest accounts. These accounts span the intersection of complex business and IT solutions, impacting the entire customer ecosystem. Your responsibilities include driving profitable growth, building strong client relationships, and leading your team to success.

Responsibilities

  • Drive significant financial outcomes through signings and revenue targets
  • Ensure sustained growth and profitability, managing margin expectations and backlog growth
  • Identify, pursue, and convert business development opportunities
  • Scoping and fee negotiation on engagements, ensuring profitability and risk management
  • Build and maintain deep relationships with client CXOs
  • Lead C-level client interactions and consulting initiatives
  • Deliver high-quality client work alongside senior client stakeholders
  • Plan and execute post-deal implementation
  • Contribute to strategic initiatives and align with Kyndryl’s vision
  • Develop thought leadership and intellectual capital in the industry

Requirements

You must have deep healthcare payor industry experience, extensive cloud technology knowledge, and proven experience in client engagement and relationship management at the CXO level. You should have a strong track record of leading and executing complex projects with multi-disciplinary teams in a consulting, corporate, or public sector environment. Effective financial acumen, experience in driving revenue growth, and managing margins are essential. Additionally, you need to demonstrate the ability to build and commercialize relationships with senior executives and have a sound personal brand and presence in the industry.

Pay

The compensation range for the position in the U.S. is $185,760 to $334,320 based on a full-time schedule. Your actual compensation may vary depending on your location and experience.

Schedule

This role is available on a full-time schedule. Part-time roles will have a different compensation range.
