Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Leadership Development: Develop leadership skills within the team by mentoring senior product managers and fostering leadership growth.
Technical Strategy Development: Create and advocate for strategies that advance the organization’s technological capabilities and objectives.
Cross-Functional Influence: Increase influence over cross-functional initiatives and large-scale projects, driving alignment across departments.
Collaborating with IT Directors: Work closely with IT directors to develop and implement department-wide strategies that support organizational goals.
Strategic Roadmapping: Create and maintain long-term product roadmaps, ensuring they align with the company’s overarching strategy and vision.
Operational Strategy: Develop, maintain, and communicate IT operational processes and standards to ensure efficient and consistent practices.
Operational Excellence: Develop and maintain IT operational processes and standards, lead innovation initiatives to address complex business challenges, and implement advanced data analytics to drive operational strategy and decision-making.
Innovation in Data Practices: Drive innovation by leveraging cutting-edge technologies and methodologies to address complex business challenges.
Performance Management: Optimize the use of the enterprise-wide performance management system within IT departments, establishing department-specific performance metrics, fostering a culture of continuous feedback, and ensuring performance management practices drive excellence and align with broader organizational goals.
Resource Allocation: Efficiently allocate resources across IT operations and projects to maximize impact and optimize outcomes.
Budget Management: Oversee and manage the budget for the IT operations program, ensuring effective and efficient use of resources.
High-Level Decision Making: Participate in high-level decision-making processes alongside senior leadership to influence key business outcomes.
IT Strategy Alignment: Develop and implement IT strategies aligning with broader business objectives, ensuring IT drives organizational success.
Leadership of IT Departments: Lead multiple IT departments, ensuring effective coordination and collaboration across all teams to achieve business goals.
IT Policies and Standards: Oversee the development and implementation of IT policies and standards, ensuring compliance and best practices across the organization.
Team Member Support and Empowerment: Actively support team members by identifying and creating opportunities for skill development, cross-functional exposure, and career advancement, ensuring their success and alignment with organizational goals.
Vendor and Partner Relationships: Manage relationships with key technology partners and vendors to ensure optimal service delivery and strategic alignment.
Mentorship and Guidance: Provide mentorship and guidance to IT managers and senior managers, fostering professional development and technical excellence within the team.

Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's degree, preferably in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a significant amount of relevant experience.
PREFERRED CERTIFICATION(S): Any relevant IT Certification.
Experience: 7+ years of relevant and progressive experience, preferably in IT management or a related role, with a proven ability to lead and motivate teams.
