Director IT

Responsibilities

• Lead the IT strategy and execution for quote-to-cash transformation initiatives across BA, with significant focus on HBS
• Drive deployment and optimization of enterprise platforms including SAP CPQ, Salesforce (CRM and Field Service Lightning), SAP ERP, and ERP/e-commerce integrations
• Partner with Finance, Operations, and corporate IT teams to define priorities and deliver solutions
• Implement AI business transformation initiatives that delivers impactful business outcomes
• Translate business requirements into scalable technology solutions while leading change management and adoption efforts
• Oversee ongoing transformation programs including CPQ deployments, CRM enhancements, and service platform modernization
• Drive cross-functional alignment and stakeholder consensus
• Manage vendor relationships, budgets, and delivery governance

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in enterprise IT with leadership responsibility
• Expertise across SAP CPQ, Salesforce, SAP ERP, and integrations
• Expertise in AI LLM models, implemented in quote to cash life cycle
• Experience driving quote-to-cash or similar business process digitization
• Strong cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management
• Experience leading global teams
• Knowledge of IT operations and service management practices
