U.S. Communications Strategy Lead for the Face-to-Face (customer-facing) channel. This role defines, plans, and executes the communications and change-management strategy for field teams in response to evolving business needs and healthcare-industry shifts.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of US Market and Business Unit (BU) priorities through close partnership with Sales, Marketing, Strategy, Commercial Operations, and other HQ functions.
  • Identify opportunities and events where priorities involve or impact customer-facing teams; manage and execute communications and related activities (e.g., product launches, national sales meetings, organizational changes, capability deployments, business events).
  • Lead the development of strategic and tactical plans to engage the field and disseminate information in a timely, effective manner.
  • Define and manage cross-functional teams to execute the communication and change-management plan, including stakeholders from Sales, Marketing, Field Operations, IT, Communications, Meeting Planning, Learning & Development, Legal, and Compliance.
  • Define and manage a cross-functional RACI matrix within the BU for plan execution.
  • Partner with Learning & Development and other HQ functions to implement solutions that drive adoption of change.
  • Design and implement measurement strategies to assess effectiveness, adoption, and enable continuous improvement.
  • Install and facilitate governance across the US Market to ensure Marketing and Sales leadership alignment on strategy, execution, and scope (e.g., “Gate-Keeper” role).
  • Collaborate with peer Communication Strategy Leads to support demand across business lines, fostering broad BU engagement and experience.

Requirements

  • BA/BS in Business, Communications, Engineering, Sciences, or Arts (required).
  • MA/MS/MBA (preferred).
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Sales, Sales Operations, Change Management, Marketing, or Marketing Operational Support functions.

  • Valid driver’s license.

Pay

The salary range for this role is $142,400 – $224,100. An employee’s position within the range will be based on relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, government requirements, and business or organizational needs. The successful candidate will also be eligible for annual bonus and long-term incentive, if applicable.
