This role will drive complex programs from planning through execution with a focus on structure, accountability, and measurable delivery. You will work across business leaders, delivery teams, and strategic partners to align priorities, manage dependencies, and keep initiatives on track. The position offers the opportunity to bring clarity to complex work and deliver outcomes that matter across the organization within a life sciences environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead operational planning and delivery of clinical studies, ensuring timelines and budgets are met
• Proactively identify risks and guide corrective actions
• Drive high-quality operational practices across studies
• Line-manage and develop Study Delivery Leads, fostering high performance
• Oversee program-level issues, ensuring timely resolution
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align priorities and delivery plans
• Provide strategic input on study design and patient-centric approaches

Qualifications

• Doctorate with 3 years of clinical execution experience, or Master's with 7 years of clinical execution experience, or Bachelor's with 9 years of clinical execution experience, or Associate's with 12 years of clinical execution experience, or High school diploma with 14 years of clinical execution experience
• Minimum of 3 years managing people or leading projects
