Responsibilities
- Lead operational planning and delivery of clinical studies, ensuring objectives are met
- Identify risks proactively, guiding corrections to keep projects on schedule
- Drive high-quality operational practices across all studies and programs
- Manage and develop Study Delivery Leads, establishing clear objectives
- Oversee and resolve program-level issues and risks promptly
- Collaborate across functions to align priorities and resources effectively
- Provide strategic insights on study design and patient-centric approaches
Qualifications
- Doctorate and 3 years, or Master's and 7 years, or Bachelor's and 9 years, or Associate's and 12 years, or High school diploma/GED and 14 years of clinical execution experience required
- Minimum 3 years of people management or leadership experience in teams, projects, or programs present
- PREFERRED: 8 years in life sciences or medically related fields, with 6 years in biopharmaceutical clinical research
- Experience managing teams across geographies and oversight of clinical research vendors is a plus
