Responsibilities
- Provide oversight to resident's daily care
- Communicate changes in condition and care, clearly and compassionately with residents and their families
- Collaborate closely with the Medical Director to support resident health and care plans
- Support, mentor, and provide clinical guidance to nursing assistants
Requirements
- License Active Maryland RN license
- Ability to safely lift, push, and pull up to 25-50 pounds as part of daily job responsibilities, with or without reasonable accommodation
Qualifications
- Compassionate and dedicated
- A strong commitment to enhancing the quality of life for residents
- Able to work full-time, part-time, or per diem (PRN) schedules

$31.00 - $44.00 per hour
