About the Role
Lorien Encore is actively hiring compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our growing healthcare team. Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate and skilled nursing care to residents
- Assist with daily living activities as needed
- Document resident care plans and progress in medical records
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and interdisciplinary team members
- Perform basic medical procedures under supervision
- Safely lift, push, and pull up to 25-50 pounds as part of daily job responsibilities
Requirements
- Current Maryland LPN license, valid and in good standing
- BLS certification required
- Kind, patient, and empathetic personality
- Strong communication and clinical skills
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment

Pay & Schedule
- Pay Rate: $27.00 - $35.00/hour (based on experience)
- Part-Time and PRN Hours: 700 AM - 330 PM and 300 PM- 1130 PM
- Every other weekend availability required (Saturday & Sunday)
