We are currently searching for an Assisted Living Director to join our friendly, caring and supportive team. This career opportunity is for Park Place Independent & Assisted Living Apartments in Sac City, Iowa. Schedule

Day shift, fulltime.

Responsibilities

• Shape the culture of the facility.
• Ensure tenants receive the high standard of living and care they expect by overseeing all aspects of the independent & assisted living campus.
• Manage the services offered and provided to tenants.
• Oversee the upkeep of the overall campus.
• Supervise and assist staff to maintain high quality measures.
• Use knowledge, skills, and attention to detail to keep tenants comfortable and safe.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent, plus completion of post‑secondary level course(s) in business and/or marketing.
• Assisted Living Manager certification preferred.
• Minimum 1‑2 years of experience in human relations, marketing, business, or another work‑related field.
• Licensure or certification as a healthcare professional or paraprofessional is preferable.
