About the role
The Village at Rockville is seeking an Assisted Living Program Manager to lead a dedicated clinical team, drive quality and consistency, and create an environment where both team members and residents thrive.
Responsibilities
- Ensure high-quality, person-centered care that meets and exceeds standards.
- Inspire and develop nursing staff through mentorship, education, and accountability.
- Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations through proactive quality improvement.
- Create an environment where residents feel seen, supported, and celebrated.
- Partner across departments to align care, hospitality, and overall community success.
Requirements
- LPN license required.
- Current certification in cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) and Adult First Aid from the American Red Cross and/or American Heart Association.
- 2 years’ experience in a health care related field and successful completion of the 80-hour assisted living manager training program (Maryland only).
- Must be considerate and respectful of the rights, dignity and sensitivities of aged and disabled persons.
- Must be clean and well-groomed.
- Must be able to communicate effectively in English both orally and in writing as applicable to their job responsibilities.
- Background check(s) consisting of a sworn statement or affirmation and criminal history check free of barrier crimes.
- Minimum 3-5 years supervisory experience in long term care facility or assisted living facility (Virginia only).
- Must possess strong written and oral communication skills; and ability to maintain confidentiality residential information.
- Must be proficient with a computer to include utilizing an electronic health record (EHR) and electronic medication administration record (eMAR) as well as Microsoft Office.
Qualifications

Pay
$90,000 – $110,000 annually, commensurate with experience, qualifications, and demonstrated leadership performance.
