Housing Manager - Assisted Living

About the role

The Housing Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of an assisted living facility, ensuring compliance with all regulations and providing exceptional care to residents.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations including staffing, budget management, and facility maintenance.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations regarding healthcare and social services.
• Provide direct care to residents, including medication administration and personal assistance.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery to residents.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Social Work, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare or social services management.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite.

• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
