About the role
The Housing Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of an assisted living facility, ensuring compliance with all regulations and providing exceptional care to residents.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations including staffing, budget management, and facility maintenance.
- Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations regarding healthcare and social services.
- Provide direct care to residents, including medication administration and personal assistance.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery to residents.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Social Work, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare or social services management.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
Qualifications
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Skills
- Knowledge of assisted living facilities and regulatory requirements.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Pay
