About the role
The Crossing at Kokomo is seeking an Executive Director with an RCA or HRA license in Indiana to lead the Assisted Living and Independent Community. Key responsibilities include achieving occupancy goals, supervising staff, ensuring service excellence, and managing daily operations.
Responsibilities
- Achieve and maintain targeted occupancy goals
- Supervise and develop all employees
- Ensure services exceed customer needs and expectations
- Oversee day-to-day activities
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- Two years of experience in an AL setting
- Current knowledge of local, state, and federal guidelines and regulations
- Must carry an RCA or HRA license in Indiana
