About the role
The Administrator is the key leader responsible for engaging the team, managing operations, and setting the pace and culture of the center. This role requires extensive experience as a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) in skilled nursing facilities.
Responsibilities
- Create partnerships with the clinical team
- Drive census and focus on employee retention
- Manage a fast-paced environment
- Work closely with a regional team to ensure excellent patient care
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience as an LNHA in a skilled nursing facility
- Extensive knowledge and experience with state and federal care regulations
- Understanding of ROI, QMs, and building metrics
