Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA)

About the role

The Administrator is the one that engages the team, manages the operations/metrics and above all, sets the pace and culture of the center. You will create a partnership with the clinical team, drive census and focus on employee retention. This is a fast pace environment and you will have the support of a regional team as we strive for excellent patient care.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as an LNHA in a skilled nursing facility
• Extensive knowledge & experience with state and federal care regulations
• Understanding of ROI, QMs and buildings metrics

Salary starting at $110,000 based on experience
