Responsibilities
- Aid in the planning and execution of comprehensive training programs.
- Contribute to the development of game-day strategies and in-game coaching decisions.
- Foster a positive and inclusive team culture emphasizing sportsmanship, resilience, and academic excellence.
- Mentor and guide student-athletes, supporting their personal and professional growth.
- Collaborate with the coaching staff, athletic trainers, and academic advisors for holistic student-athlete development.
Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with a strong background in soccer coaching and player development.
- Proven experience in coaching and mentoring female athletes at the collegiate or high-level competitive youth level.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire student-athletes.
- A deep understanding of the game's tactics, strategies, and current trends.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- A commitment to fostering an inclusive and supportive environment for all student-athletes.
