Assistant Women's Soccer Coach

Responsibilities

• Aid in the planning and execution of comprehensive training programs.
• Contribute to the development of game-day strategies and in-game coaching decisions.
• Foster a positive and inclusive team culture emphasizing sportsmanship, resilience, and academic excellence.
• Mentor and guide student-athletes, supporting their personal and professional growth.
• Collaborate with the coaching staff, athletic trainers, and academic advisors for holistic student-athlete development.

Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with a strong background in soccer coaching and player development.
• Proven experience in coaching and mentoring female athletes at the collegiate or high-level competitive youth level.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire student-athletes.
• A deep understanding of the game's tactics, strategies, and current trends.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• A commitment to fostering an inclusive and supportive environment for all student-athletes.
