About the role
The position offers an opportunity to work with a dynamic team of coaches and staff at a prestigious university located in Hamburg, NY.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement training programs for athletes
- Manage daily practices and games
- Collaborate with other coaches and support staff
- Attend and participate in team meetings and clinics
- Work closely with student-athletes to improve their skills and performance
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of coaching experience at the collegiate level
- Strong knowledge of the sport and its rules
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
Qualifications
- Experience working with diverse populations
- Knowledge of NCAA regulations and policies
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
