Primary Responsibilities
The primary responsibilities of the assistant coach include:
- Recruiting
- Conducting practices
- Maintaining meets
- Care and inventory of equipment
Qualifications
A bachelor's degree is required; master's preferred.
Additional Responsibilities
Teaching a limited number of physical education courses and other duties as assigned.
About the Role
Lyon College invites applications for a full-time position as assistant coach of its women's/men's cross country/track & field programs beginning immediately. The College currently enrolls almost 700 undergraduate students from 24 states and 16 foreign countries. Entering freshmen have an average high school GPA of 3.6 and an average ACT composite of 24 and SAT score of 1117.
