Skills For Success
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field (Master's degree or CPM designation preferred)
- 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in multifamily property management
- Experience overseeing large apartment portfolios of approximately 3,000+ units
- Proven success leading Regional Directors and high-performing management teams
- Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets, occupancy, revenue growth, expense control, and NOI
- Thorough knowledge of California housing laws, operational compliance, and multifamily best practices
- Demonstrated ability to lead organizational change and implement operational improvements
- Experience with Yardi, RealPage, or similar property management software
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license
- Able to travel regularly to apartment communities throughout California
