Assistant Unit Manager (RN) - Medical Surgical ICU

Position Summary

This position requires the full understanding and active participation in fulfilling the mission of LBMC. Essential Functions And Responsibilities Of The Job

Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements

• 3+ years of experience is required in an area of similar clinical expertise.
• Supervisor and/or Nursing Leadership Experience is Preferred.
• Current California RN license.
• Current American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required.
• Current American Heart Association Advanced Cardiac Life Support required.
• Specialty certification preferred.

Placement in the pay range is based on multiple factors including, but not limited to, relevant years of experience and qualifications.

Additional Compensation

In addition to base pay, there may be additional compensation available for this role, including but not limited to, shift differentials, extra shift incentives, and bonus opportunities.
