Assistant Nurse Manager - Medical ICU

About the role

We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide clinical and administrative leadership in a brand‑new Medical ICU. In this role you will help shape a collaborative team culture, drive patient outcomes, and foster staff engagement.

Responsibilities

• Lead clinical practices within the Medical ICU.
• Ensure delivery of high‑quality patient care.
• Support and enhance team performance and engagement.
• Promote a collaborative culture focused on teamwork and strong communication.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Bachelor’s degree in nursing (BSN).
• Current RN licensure in the appropriate state.
• Department‑specific certifications as required.
• Successful completion of competency testing.
• Completion of leadership training.

Preferred qualifications

• At least two years of clinical RN experience.
• Prior leadership experience in a healthcare setting.
