Schedule

Full-Time, 8am-4pm

Responsibilities

Provides clinical and administrative leadership at the unit level.

Requirements

Education

• High School Diploma or GED, required
• 4 Year / Bachelors Degree BSN, required
• Graduate Degree, preferred

Experience

• Minimum of two years of clinical RN experience, preferred
• Prior demonstrated nursing leadership, preferred

Licensure/Certification

• Current RN licensure in appropriate state, required
• NC state approved curricula for restrictive interventions (facility specific) within 3 months of hire for Emergency Departments and Behavioral Health units, required
• Unit/Dept Specific Required Certifications

Additional Skills

• Successful completion of generic and department-specific skills validation and competency testing
• Ability to successfully complete Leader Education & Training
