About This Role
Buford Children's Academy in Buford, GA is seeking a qualified Assistant Teacher Toddlers to work with Infant / Toddler (0–2) in a center-based environment. This position requires a willingness to earn a Child Development Associate (CDA) credential, with employer support.
Responsibilities
- Lesson plans
- Planning age appropriate activities
- Implementing Quality Rated rules and regulations
- Physical caregiver
- Developmental assessments
- Following an age appropriate curricular plan
Requirements
- Must have the ability to relate positively with children, parents, and co-workers
- Maintain a professional attitude and work behavior
- Previous teaching or assistant teaching with quality preschool, child care center, or church nursery is preferred
- Observe and implement all Bright from the Start rules and regulations
- Accept responsibility for necessary housekeeping duties of the classroom, common use areas and playgrounds
- Must be able to work flexible hours and have RELIABLE TRANSPORTATION!
- Must meet basic requirements of child care regulatory agency
Pay
This Assistant Teacher Toddlers role pays $13 to $15/Day.
