Assistant Teacher - Toddlers
Heartfelt Impressions Learning Centers in Rochester, MI is looking for a caring, energetic Assistant Toddler Teacher to help inspire a lifelong love of learning.
About the role
As an Assistant Toddler Teacher, you will work in collaboration with and in support of the Lead Toddler Teacher to create a safe, nurturing, and interactive environment that fosters age-appropriate learning utilizing the High Scope curriculum.
Schedule
- Monday-Friday, 7:15am-4:15pm or 8:30am-5:30pm
Pay
$15-$19/hour (based on certification or degree plus years of experience in early childhood education)
This position does NOT qualify for US VISA sponsorship or relocation.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Child Development Associate (CDA) credential or be working toward a degree in Early Childhood Education or related field is preferred
- Prior experience with Toddlers in a classroom setting or as a private nanny
- Must have reliable transportation and be dependable
- Able to pass Background screening including fingerprinting
