Responsibilities

• Manage and enhance the Services provided by NEOGOV, including Governmentjobs.com, NEOED.com, and PowerDMS.com.
• Provide support services, answer inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and maintain security measures.
• Automatically collect and process personal data as needed to improve the Services and comply with legal requirements.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in IT support or a related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with web development tools.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Experience with cloud-based systems and platforms.
• Knowledge of data privacy regulations and best practices.

Skills

• Strong understanding of web development and server-side scripting languages.
• Experience with data analytics and reporting tools.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Pay
