Assistant Supervisor

About the role

Join our Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health team as an Assistant Supervisor in the Foothill Program. This position supports the Program Manager in the efficient operation of the Foothill Home, a residential facility for adults with autism spectrum disorder.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care support to individuals served
• Guide and support staff
• Manage petty cash funds
• Schedule and allocate staff according to program ratios
• Maintain and collect PSR compliance data
• Enter data into electronic health systems
• Create milieu support, schedules, and other materials
• Assist with hygiene care

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED
• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
• Minimum 12 months experience providing direct care to individuals with developmental disabilities
• 2 years of experience and prior supervisory experience in developmental services highly preferred
• Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT) certification within 60 days of employment
• Adult Residential Administrator (ARF) Certification from the State of California, Community Care Licensing Division, upon hire
• First Aid and CPR certification required
• Proficiency in Word and Excel
