Job Details

Salary: $85,000 - $115,000 per year

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of construction field experience (multifamily or commercial preferred)
  • Strong understanding of construction documents, schedules, and job site procedures
  • Working knowledge of OSHA safety standards
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and time management skills
  • Proficiency in construction management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project, or similar)
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications
  • High school diploma required; associate or bachelor's degree in construction management a plus

Responsibilities

  • Assist the Superintendent in managing daily field operations
  • Monitor subcontractor work for safety, quality, and schedule compliance
  • Help coordinate site logistics, deliveries, and inspections
  • Ensure site cleanliness, safety protocols, and OSHA compliance
  • Participate in project meetings and provide timely updates to stakeholders
  • Track progress and support documentation of RFIs, daily logs, and punch lists
  • Communicate effectively with project teams, vendors, and field staff
