Job Details
Salary: $85,000 - $115,000 per year
Qualifications
- 2+ years of construction field experience (multifamily or commercial preferred)
- Strong understanding of construction documents, schedules, and job site procedures
- Working knowledge of OSHA safety standards
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and time management skills
- Proficiency in construction management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project, or similar)
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications
- High school diploma required; associate or bachelor's degree in construction management a plus
Responsibilities
- Assist the Superintendent in managing daily field operations
- Monitor subcontractor work for safety, quality, and schedule compliance
- Help coordinate site logistics, deliveries, and inspections
- Ensure site cleanliness, safety protocols, and OSHA compliance
- Participate in project meetings and provide timely updates to stakeholders
- Track progress and support documentation of RFIs, daily logs, and punch lists
- Communicate effectively with project teams, vendors, and field staff
