Assistant Superintendent | Multifamily Construction

About the role

Support the delivery of active ground-up multifamily developments throughout Miami-Dade and Broward Counties. This is an excellent opportunity for a construction professional looking to take the next step in their field leadership career while working on large-scale residential projects ranging from affordable housing to luxury rental communities.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Superintendent with daily field operations and project execution
• Coordinate subcontractors, deliveries, inspections, and site logistics
• Monitor project schedules and support milestone achievement
• Enforce jobsite safety and company standards
• Assist with quality control inspections and punch list management
• Track project progress and maintain daily reports
• Coordinate with project management teams, consultants, and ownership representatives

Requirements

• 3+ years of construction experience with a General Contractor
• Ground-up multifamily construction experience required
• Experience supporting projects with 100+ residential units preferred
• Strong understanding of construction sequencing and scheduling
• Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, or similar construction software preferred
• OSHA certification is a plus
• Stable career history with reputable construction firms

Pay

$95,000 - $105,000 base salary
