About the role
The Assistant Superintendent is responsible for supporting the Superintendent in managing all aspects of the school district’s operations. They oversee various departments and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
Responsibilities

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Education Administration or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in educational administration
- Experience in budget management and financial oversight
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Master’s degree in Education Administration or related field
- Experience in strategic planning and policy development
- Knowledge of state and federal education laws and regulations
