About the role
The Assistant Superintendent is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the school district, providing leadership and support to the Superintendent.
Responsibilities include:
- Overseeing budgeting and financial management
- Managing staff and ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations
- Developing and implementing policies and procedures
- Collaborating with community partners and stakeholders
Requirements include:
- A Master's degree in Education Administration or related field
- At least 5 years of experience in education administration
- Proven leadership skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Qualifications include:
- Knowledge of educational standards and best practices
- Experience with data analysis and reporting
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Pay:
$120,000 - $140,000 annually
