About the role

Responsible for overseeing construction projects, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and managing subcontractors.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee construction projects from start to finish
  • Ensure all work adheres to safety regulations and industry standards
  • Manage and coordinate with subcontractors and vendors
  • Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary
  • Communicate effectively with clients and team members

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in construction management
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Qualifications

    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
    • Knowledge of construction contracts and bidding processes
    • Experience with project management software
