Responsibilities
- Manage construction projects from start to finish
- Lead and mentor a team of field staff
- Ensure safety protocols are followed and maintained
- Collaborate with other departments and industry networking groups
- Develop new skills and share knowledge with colleagues
Qualifications
- Proven leadership and problem-solving skills
- Experience managing construction projects
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Commitment to community engagement and professional development
