Assistant Superintendent

About the role

The Assistant Superintendent is responsible for overseeing construction projects, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and coordinating with subcontractors.

Responsibilities

• Oversee construction projects from start to finish
• Ensure all work adheres to safety regulations and industry standards
• Communicate effectively with subcontractors and project stakeholders
• Manage budgets and schedules to meet project deadlines
• Resolve issues and conflicts that arise during construction

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field
• Minimum 5 years of construction management experience
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Pay

Salary range: $50,000 - $70,000 annually

Schedule
