Qualifications

• Previous experience as an Assistant Superintendent on commercial, residential, or industrial building construction.
• Working knowledge of computer programs, Build Pro, Word, Excel.
• Must be able to multi-task and work well under pressure.
• Strong verbal/written communication skills and effective interpersonal skills.
