Assistant Store Manager (Town Center Plaza)

About the role

As the Assistant Store Manager, you are responsible for contributing to the store's performance including talent initiatives, operational execution, visual standards, and customer experience. Ideal candidates are individuals who are motivated, adaptable to change, coachable, and have a passion for our brand.

Responsibilities

• Sales Leadership - Support overall store performance and KPI's
• Serve as brand ambassador by showing passion for the brand, educating our customers on our history, and being knowledgeable about our product and the industry as a whole
• Create effective action plans to maintain or improve performance
• Experienced in building new and repeat business through customer clienteling
• Support recruiting, onboarding, and developing both internal and external talent
• Communicate new initiatives and goals in a timely and effective manner
• Lead the team through collaboration, encouraging sharing of ideas and opinions, fostering accountability and trust
• Lead execution of brand visual standards and updates
• Execute daily store operations in a timely and efficient manner
• Schedule team members to meet the needs of the business and manage inventory with high detail and organization
• Lead opening/closing duties

Qualifications

• At least one year experience in a retail leadership position
• Over the age of 18
• Able to lift or move at least 50 lbs
• Able to stand and/or walk for at least 6 hours per shift
• Able to be flexible to the needs of the business, working nights, weekends, and holidays
• Able to work full time hours, with open availability
