Hourly rate ranges from $14.75 - $15.00 per hour, dependent upon qualifications and experience.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain Guest Services
• Support the Store Manager in overall store operations to ensure maximum sales and profitability
• Develop staff and control expenses and shrinkage
• Oversee all aspects of merchandising and inventory control
• Adhere to all Company policies and procedures

Requirements

• Minimum age of 18
• Prior retail and/or management experience
• Ability to stand, walk, climb ladders, and lift up to 50 pounds for in excess of 8 hours
