Responsibilities

  • Supports the Store Manager in ensuring smooth store operations.
  • Delivers exceptional customer service.
  • Maintains merchandising standards.
  • Adheres to operational procedures.
  • Drives sales performance.
  • Supports management of inventory levels.
  • Assists in the recruitment process for store talent.
  • Manages cash-handling tasks.
  • Ensures a clean, safe environment for associates and customers.
  • Addresses internal and external shrink in alignment with company policies and procedures.
  • Trains, motivates, mentors, and offers constructive feedback to the sales team.

Requirements

  • Proven successful experience in retail management.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and customer management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to relocate or manage additional stores based on business needs.
  • Ability to travel between locations is required.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Associate degree or higher in Business Administration, Organizational Behavior, Hospitality or related degrees preferred.
  • 1+ years of experience in retail management, with a strong track record of leading teams.
